Overview of the uPubly MCP endpoint — transport, authentication and capabilities.
uPubly exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so agents can operate the platform on behalf of the user.
POST https://api.upubly.com/mcpStreamable HTTP transport (stateless). Every request carries its own authentication — there is no server session.
Authorization: Bearer <access_token>The token is the uPubly JWT issued by the OAuth 2.1 + PKCE flow
(see OAuth). With no token or an invalid one the endpoint
answers 401 with WWW-Authenticate pointing to the discovery metadata
(RFC 9728) — MCP clients resolve the flow on their own from there.

workspace_id is optional in every workspace tool — when omitted the
user's default workspace is used; when provided it is validated against
ownership.isError result with the message — never
